Dr Zubair Saleem
Founder & Chairman
Dr Zubair Saleem is a leading figure in geriatric care in Kashmir, having treated over 35,000 elderly patients. He introduced key innovations like home-based and telehealth care for seniors and heads the Moul Mouj Health Centre. He is the President of GOSI (North India Chapter) and has held prominent positions, including Head of Geriatrics at JLNM Hospital and Nodal Officer for Geriatric Medicine in Kashmir. He is also a member of various national and international geriatric organizations and continues to raise public awareness through his role as Health Editor at
Greater Kashmir.

Dr Shakeel Ur Rehman
Secretary General
Dr. Shakeel-ur-Rehman, a visionary medical entrepreneur, is the founder and chairman of Kashmir Clinics Group, a chain of multi-specialty daycare centers across South and Central Kashmir. After beginning his career as a medical officer in Kashmir's Health Department and the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, he quickly realized his passion lay in healthcare entrepreneurship. He rose to prominence as Director and Partner of New City Hospital, playing a pivotal role in its growth. In 2016, he pioneered the concept of multi-operating daycare centers in Kashmir, and his entrepreneurial prowess has earned him accolades, including Dainik Jagran’s “The Saviours” title and recognition as one of India Today's "Business Wizards of North India."



Shihaab Shakeel
Advisor and Volunteer
Having completed his business studies at the University of Derby Business School, England, Shihaab serves as an advisor and volunteer for MMF. He is also the Director of Kashmir Clinics Central and the Managing Director of Majlis-e-Wazwan, a subsidiary of K.C. Central.

Shabir Hussain Bhat
Advisor
He brings 20 years of extensive experience in public health and outreach. As a dedicated social activist, he has played a pivotal role in delivering healthcare assistance to those in need, demonstrating unwavering commitment to community welfare.



Uniza Tramboo
Co-ordinator
Having completed her Master’s in Business Administration, she brings over 7 years of extensive experience in the field of public health. Her professional journey has equipped her with a unique blend of managerial expertise and a deep understanding of public health systems.

Liaison Officer
Brings 14 years of experience in the social service sector, primarily with HELP Foundation, and is actively involved in the collaborative efforts of MMF and HF.
