i. Health Clinic
Moul Mouj Health Centre
An initiative of the Kashmir Clinics Group, Moul Mouj Health Centre provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for the elderly. Our programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each senior, promoting their well-being and happiness.
ii. Home-Based Care
We understand the needs of seniors who require assistance at home. We visit them at their home and promote aging in place.
iii. Intergenerational Learning
One of the important aspects of senior health is feeling valued and heard. We aim to strengthen intergenerational bonding through intergenerational learning.
iv. Social Service
Most of our seniors are financially dependent or neglected. We aim to reach them and provide the necessary medical and other assistance.

Moul Mouj Foundation is founded on 12 years of dedicated work and experience treating over 30,000 seniors in Jammu and Kashmir.
